We source commercial properties which offer opportunities for future capital and rental growth to distribute to our syndicate investors.
We are currently looking for properties offering the following characteristics;
- Strong position or pitches in established locations
- Sustainable rental levels, potentially with fixed or indexed increases
- Lease lengths of a minimum of 8 years
- Well known tenants with strong accounts
- Full repairing and insuring lease terms
- Freehold or virtual freehold
- Any sector
- Showing a return at purchase of at least 6.0% net initial yield
- Suitable for at least a 5 year hold
- Lot sizes up to £1.5m
