Ulysses Investment provide flexible direct investment allowing investors to better control risk and returns. Our commercial syndicates are designed by property professionals to provide an efficient holding structure yielding steady income. All of our investments are intended to compliment a balanced investment portfolio for private individuals.
Whereas the large majority of individuals can usually only invest in commercial property indirectly through unit trusts or funds we offer a direct route to ownership and control in manageable lot sizes. Our syndicates are more flexible than traditional direct investment as shares can be sold without selling the primary asset.
Ulysses Investment maintains close working relationships with investors to provide property management, source and appraise stock, undertake negotiations, form holding structures, make distributions, manage accounts and undertake property valuations. Control over investment decisions remains entirely with the individual investor, so they are able to derive best value from their asset or assets.
